Baked Chicken Thighs



Ingredients

°4 chicken thighs

°1 drizzle of olive oil

°1 pinch Flower of salt

Preparation steps :

Preheat your oven to th 6 (180°C).

In a skillet, brown the chicken thighs for 1 minute per side.

Place them in a baking dish and season with pepper. Add 10 cl of water.

Bake for 40 minutes, basting regularly.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt and serve hot.
